• My blog has been dormant or shall I say in hibernation for *almost* an entire year! My last post was January 5, 2014! 😦

• I ran four races in 2014.  And, three of them were “personal bests“! 🙂

• Matt completed  a 1/2 Ironman (70.3 miles) and a full Ironman (140.6 miles)
