I’ve been touched with warmheartedness:
with comments slicers made when I shared about a recent loss.
you showed up again and again,
and for this I thank you!

I’ve been touched with kindness:
with comments people made about my 1/2 marathon and meeting my furry friends, Cupcake, Buddy, and Yoshi,
and for this I thank you!

I’ve bee touched with creativity:
with slices I’ve found along the way.
Reading about Leigh Anne’s bullet journaling
and for this I thank you!

I’ve been touched with laughter:
with slices that brought humor to my day.
and for this I thank you!

I’ve been touched with tiny treasures:
with slices that have left me on a rapid rampage to get my hands on this book or that book. Ramona, you would be the culprit of this!
Or the slices that leave me feeling those good vibes of positivity.
A visit to the Sweet Writing Life will bring them your way!
and for this I thank you!

I love the format you chose to honor the slicers that have impacted you and have given you virtual hugs. Thank you for inspiring me – and I’m sure many others.
Thank you for your kind words, Christine. I’m glad you found inspiration in my slices. I’ve enjoyed visiting your blog too!
I wholeheartedly agree! I love the slices I’ve read every day. It’s such a fantastic and inspiring way for me to start my day, every day.
Me too, Janie. There’s just not enough time to read them all!
Great way to recap! There’s so much packed into this month, and so many positive things spilling about… Thanks for sharing this format.
Thanks, Donna. I’m glad you stopped by for a visit and I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I must admit I was dragged kicking and screaming into participating in SOL. It took me three days to post correctly, my being the “queen of technology” NOT! I have to say, though, that the experience has been rewarding in so many ways. I have loved reading and responding to posts and to getting responses on my blog, too. Amy, you have inspired me daily.
Well, I’m glad somebody pushed you and most of all have fun with the posting. We all inspire each other. It’s a beautiful thing!
This writing community is the best. Always supportive when needed. I admit that getting back to slicing was one of the things that pushed me while in the hospital. Glad I could add a touch of humor to your day.
I’m glad the slicing pushed you! I enjoy reading your posts. They’re very authentic.
I love this format and these shout outs – what a great idea!
Thanks, Anna. I hope you were able to visit some of the shout out sites. 🙂
Awwww….thank you for the shout out for my positive thinking slices, Amy. I’ve enjoyed following your slices as well. You’ve been on my mind this week, even when I wasn’t blogging.
Jennifer
Jennifer, that’s so sweet. You’re welcome for the shout out! I enjoy reading your blog.
This is such a clever way to give a shout out to some of the writers whose slices you’ve enjoyed – awesome idea!
Thank you, Lori. I hope you could visit some of the shout out sites!
Amy, I’m so happy to be the cause of a rapid rampage for books. It’s great to read your posts. I’ve especially enjoyed your animal posts. I was saddened to learn of the loss of your dear friend. I can’t wait to explore the links you shared. I can’t keep up with all the goodness, so I love that you’re sharing some of the things that have touched you. Blessings, dear slicer friend! When you mentioned running in DC, it made me hope we can meet someday. My son and his wife are in VA.
You’re a great slicing friend, Ramona! I’m glad you take the time to share your joy of reading. I’ll be in the DC area this summer for this conference:

The structure of your post is very effective. I love it, and the sweet way you share your thoughts. Keep writing!
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it. My goal is to make it to March 31st this year. I’m feeling confident.
What a great way to express your thanks – and provide other slices we could visit. Thanks!
I hope you can visit some of those sites. There’s so many great slices out there I just can’t keep up!
Thanks, Amy, for including my phone post. The “Best Thing about Slicing” is all the learning!
