All it takes is a lot of practice and the passion to succeed!

The last few days have been very exciting for this Runner, Reader, & Rockin’ Mom.  Not only did my hubby and I achieve a personal best this week, but so did my daughter.

Run & Run Fast!

Tuesday was the County Meet for my daughter’s XC team and she rocked the race!  Her new PR for a 5k is 20:44! She finished 4th for her team and 18th overall. We are definitely on a runner’s high in our house!  I’m one proud mom! 🙂
